EXCLUSIVELY YOURS
Enjoy the luxury of complete privacy: Located in the Quirimbas Archipelago off the northern coast of Mozambique, this slender island (roughly 12 x 2km) is exclusively reserved for Vamizi Island Lodge guests. Leave nothing behind but your footprints on this gorgeous coral island in the almost untouched Quirimbas Archipelago, and take away treasured memories of this gem of peace and seclusion that is also a world-class diving area. A insider’s tip for the traveller in the know; just getting there feels a bit like an adventure.
Ten wooden villas, known as kitalas in the local parlance border the lovely beach. At least 170 square metres each, they boast an open living space, elegant bed room, large bathroom with a walk-in marble shower, and outdoor deck with sunbeds. The ocean breeze keeps the mosquitoes at bay too, so you needn’t worry about any uninvited guests.
Ideal for a rendezvous: treat yourself to some quality one-on-one time at any of the many beaches and other pleasant spots on and around the island. Don’t forget to pack a picnic basket!
